🅿️ How to pay for parking

Welcome. You can easily pay for parking online on your phone. Just a few steps and you are done.

📱 In 4 steps

  1. Open the app. On your phone, enter demo.eparkovne.cz or scan the QR code on the sign at the car park. The app opens directly in your browser, there is nothing to install.
  2. Fill in the details. Enter the licence plate, choose the car park and the ticket (e.g. "Day ticket"). Optionally add your e-mail - we will send you a confirmation.
  3. Pay for parking - you have 3 options. The app offers all of them, choose the one that suits you.

a) QR code (Czech banking apps only) - only one phone? Tap "Save QR code", the QR code is saved to your phone. Then in your banking app choose "scan QR → load from gallery" and select the saved QR code - the payment is pre-filled. (Using a tablet or computer and your bank only on your phone? Scan the displayed QR code directly with your phone from the other device.)

b) Card or bank transfer - pay by card (foreign cards too), or the app takes you to your online banking with a pre-filled payment - there is nothing to copy, you just confirm it. The payment is confirmed within a few seconds and your parking is activated straight away.

c) Copy the details to your bank - works with any bank. Copy the account number (IBAN), variable symbol and amount one by one, switch to your banking app and paste them into a new payment. Important: keep the variable symbol exactly as it is, otherwise we cannot match the payment to your parking.

  1. Done. Once the payment is received, you will see a confirmation showing until when your parking is valid. You can bookmark the page to check it later.

👮 Checks

The municipal inspector walks through the car park and checks your licence plate in the system. If the payment is registered, you have paid - you do not need to display anything on the dashboard.

🛡️ What we know about you

The app stores only the licence plate, car park, ticket and payment details (variable symbol, amount, time). No personal data beyond what is necessary. Personal data (licence plate, e-mail) is anonymised after 30 days; the payment record is kept as an accounting document.

📲 App on your home screen

You can add the app to your home screen as an icon - it then works like a normal app.
